Standard is $150 for 4,000 credits, 3 members, and the help desk, voice, telephony, and API features. Pro is $500 for 15,000 credits and 5 members. Enterprise is custom-priced and adds SSO, white-labeling, audit logs, SLAs, HIPAA eligibility, and zero data retention. Yearly billing takes 20% off every paid tier, which is why some third-party sites list Hobby at $32.
What 50 credits means in practice. A credit is one agent reply on a standard model; advanced models cost more per reply (two to six credits each). Fifty credits is a handful of test conversations, not a month of visitor traffic, and the 14-day deletion rule means a free agent left idle is removed along with its training. Treat Free as a trial with no expiry date rather than a plan to run on.
The add-ons. Extra credits are $40 per 1,000 on any plan. Extra AI agents are $25 a month each.
