When you submit a product review, we collect your email address, your review answers (ratings, role, company size, plan used, tenure, and any written comments), and basic technical data (like IP address and timestamp) submitted with the form.

Your email and technical data are used only to verify a review reflects a genuine, individual experience and for internal verification and integrity purposes — never for marketing, and never sold or shared with any vendor or third party. Your review answers inform our published DDR Score™ and review content.

We don't publish individual review submissions, and no response is ever attributed to a specific reviewer. Published content is aggregated across all reviews for a product — for example, an overall rating, or a generalized theme like "users often cite X as a strength" — synthesized from the full set of responses, not a single person's answers shown on their own. We never publish your email address.

• Your email address, IP address, and submission timestamp are automatically deleted after 90 days.
• Written comments are not retained past 90 days in their original form.
• Some de-identified, aggregated information may be retained longer to help us understand how sentiment for a product changes over time.
• If you want your information deleted before the 90-day mark, please submit that request to the email below, and we will delete it within 30 days (be sure to include the email used in the original form submission).
