Is Voiceflow free?

Not for businesses. Voiceflow's public pricing page offers two tracks: agencies and partners get a free trial with no credit card, which converts to usage-based billing, and businesses are routed to a demo. No plan is priced on the page, and there is no free tier for a business account. Verified on voiceflow.com/pricing, September 22, 2026.
How much does Voiceflow cost? Voiceflow does not publish its business pricing. The pricing page lists what each track includes (agencies: multi-client workspaces, white-labeling, all major model providers; businesses: implementation support, every channel including voice, observability, team roles) and asks for a demo. Third-party pages quoting $60 and $150 a month describe a 2025 version of the page with published Pro and Business tiers; those figures are not on the current page.
The agency trial. Agencies and partners can start building without a credit card; billing is usage-based after the trial, in credits that cover messages, voice minutes, and knowledge queries. Voice minutes consume credits faster than chat, which is worth modelling before quoting a client.
What to do before choosing it. Get the number. DDR's review flags unpublished pricing and no EU server region as the two transparency gaps; both are things a demo can answer in five minutes. If a free tier for a business matters, Botpress (25 conversations a month) and Chatbase (50 credits a month) have one; Voiceflow does not.
