Does QuickBooks Charge a Fee for Credit Card Payments?

Yes. QuickBooks Payments charges a per-transaction processing fee on credit card payments, on top of your regular QuickBooks subscription.

These are standard payment-processing fees, similar in structure to what Stripe, Square, or any other processor charges. QuickBooks isn't unusual here. Rates typically differ depending on how the card is charged (invoiced online vs. keyed in manually vs. swiped/tapped in person), and can change over time.
