"Switching to Company A cut our month-end close from three days to one. The automated bank feeds alone saved us hours every week — and our accountant can log in directly without us exporting anything."

Customer case study
How Customer Business reduced bookkeeping time by 60%

Customer Business was spending 12+ hours per month on manual reconciliation across three revenue streams — in-store, wholesale, and online sales. After migrating to Company A Plus, automated bank feeds and a key e-commerce integration eliminated manual data entry entirely.

Why advertise on DDR

A buyer reading the QuickBooks review is in active evaluation mode. They are researching whether to choose QuickBooks — or something else. A sponsor on that page reaches a qualified, in-market buyer at exactly the moment they are open to alternatives.

High-intent audience
Buyers actively researching B2B software purchases — not casual browsers.
Contextual targeting
Place your brand on the exact page a buyer is reading about your product category.
100% share of voice
One sponsor per page, per category. Your placement is never shared.
Flat monthly rate
You pay for placement, not impressions. Every pageview is a qualified buyer.
The competitor presence package

The most distinctive placement DDR offers is one no standard ad network can replicate: sponsored presence on competitor review pages. A FreshBooks competitor presence package ($15,000/mo) places your brand on the QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books, and Wave review pages — reaching every buyer researching those products at the exact moment they are open to alternatives.

Standard display
Reaches anyone browsing a topic. Audience intent is unknown. CPM model means you pay for impressions regardless of buyer readiness.
DDR competitor presence
Reaches buyers actively evaluating a named competitor. Audience intent is explicit. Every pageview is a qualified buyer.
Editorial independence

A vendor cannot purchase a better review. What a vendor can purchase is a clearly disclosed presence alongside independent content their target buyers are already reading.

DDR Scores™, review findings, and editorial rankings are never influenced by commercial relationships. Sponsored placements are physically separated from all editorial content and clearly labeled "Supported by" on every page. These are not negotiable conditions — they are the reason the audience trusts the content enough to make it worth advertising against.

Enhanced vendor listing content may not be used to improve, soften, or counteract DDR's editorial findings above it on the same page. It adds a vendor voice below DDR's own — it does not change DDR's voice. This is a content restriction only; any advertiser, including a product's direct competitors, may buy any available placement.

What we will never sell
Paid reviews or pay-to-improve-DDR-Score™ arrangements
Vendor-written content under the Riley Park byline
Removal or softening of negative findings in exchange for payment
Sponsored content that implies DDR editorial endorsement

Contract & creative requirements

Full terms, technical specs, and approval process — expand any section for detail.

Contract terms
Term
Month-to-month. No minimum commitment. Cancel with 30 days' written notice. Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing month following the 30-day notice period — no partial months or prorating.
Payment terms
Prepaid via ACH — either monthly, or for a defined multi-month period upfront (e.g., 3 months) at your choice. Credit card isn't currently supported; let us know if you'd need it and we'll look at adding it. First payment is due before your placement goes live. If payment isn't received within 5 business days of the due date, the placement is paused until payment clears — this doesn't extend your minimum term or change the cancellation terms above.
Rate guarantee
Rates are locked quarterly. DDR may adjust rates at the start of any new quarter with 30 days' written notice before any change takes effect.
Right of first renewal
Current sponsors have the right to renew at the new rate before the placement is offered to other advertisers.
Share of voice
Every placement and placement package carries 100% share of voice — your brand is never shared with a competitor on the same page or in the same category.

Visual standards
Background
Light or white background strongly recommended. Dark or high-contrast backgrounds require DDR approval before going live.
Typography
Professional typeface required. Script, novelty, or display fonts require DDR approval.
Color
Your brand colors are acceptable. Neon or heavily saturated combinations require DDR approval. You are not required to match DDR's palette.

Copy and messaging standards
Claims
Factual claims only. Superlatives ("best," "#1," "fastest") must be supportable and will be reviewed by DDR before approval.
Context rule
Ad copy may never name a competitor or insinuate a comparison to one, on any placement — this applies regardless of which page the ad runs on, not only the page reviewing that specific competitor. This is DDR's most important integrity requirement and is non-negotiable. This also applies to Enhanced Vendor Listing content (vendor statement, testimonials, case study, "What's new").
DDR branding
Ad may not use DDR Score™ branding, DDR visual elements, or any language implying DDR editorial endorsement.
"Supported by" label
This label appears above the unit on every page. It is DDR's UI element — not part of your 728×90 creative spec and may not be altered or removed.
Approval process
1.All creative and content is reviewed by DDR before going live. DDR reserves the right to decline or request changes to any submission, for any reason, if it compromises the integrity of DDR's editorial standards or site quality.
2.Written explanation provided for any rejection or requested change within 3 business days of submission, so edits can be made.
3.Approved creative goes live within 5 business days of confirmation.
4.One creative update per 30-day period is included in your monthly rate.
5.You are responsible for ensuring your creative complies with applicable advertising laws.
